Relationship-first market development
The best small-production wineries in the world deserve a better path to growth.
Most never find it. Not because the wine isn't exceptional — but because building market presence takes time, systems, and relationships that most small teams simply don't have.
Winesync exists for those producers. We work alongside a small number of premium, family-run wineries to build real market presence — through direct-to-consumer outreach, thoughtful market development, and the kind of follow-through that turns a first purchase into a lasting relationship.
No distributors. No wholesale lock-in. No volume plays. Just honest work, done well, on behalf of wines that have earned it.

About Winesync
We built Winesync for wineries like yours.
Winesync is a boutique outsourced sales, market development, and winery support partner. We work exclusively with small-production, family-run wineries — producers who make exceptional wine but don't have the time, staff, or infrastructure to build new markets on their own.
The work is relationship-first. That means direct conversations, honest follow-through, and a clean operational system behind everything we do. No shortcuts. No volume plays. No pretending a transaction is a relationship.
What makes Winesync different is what we are not. We are not a distributor. We are not a traditional sales agency. We are not a marketing firm. We are a partner — selective by design, committed for the long term, and invested in helping the right wineries grow the right way.
Founder
James Nieves
James Nieves has worked in the wine industry since 2005. He founded Winesync to give exceptional small-production wineries something most of them have never had: a dedicated, experienced partner focused entirely on their growth.
His approach is grounded in the belief that the best path forward for premium wineries isn't more volume — it's deeper relationships with the right customers, accounts, and partners.
What guides the work:
- Relationships over transactions, always
- DTC at the core — everything else supports it
- Market presence without losing control of the brand
- Systems that reduce friction and create consistency
For Wineries
You make the wine. We will help you find the people who love it.
Winesync is built for premium, family-run wineries producing between 500 and 15,000 cases. If you make excellent wine but don't have the bandwidth to build new markets — we may be the right partner.
Who this is for
- Family-owned wineries that want thoughtful growth, not volume
- Small-production producers with limited internal sales bandwidth
- Wineries that want real customer relationships, not just list management
- Teams that need practical systems for releases, events, and follow-up
What to expect
The first step is an introductory conversation to confirm fit. We are selective about who we work with — not because we are exclusive for its own sake, but because doing this work well requires genuine focus and commitment on both sides.
What changes when you work with Winesync
- Consistent release outreach with real follow-up — not just a blast email
- Lapsed customers reactivated, wine club grown with care
- Market presence in restaurants, private clubs, and hospitality channels
- A partner who handles the operational details so you can focus on the wine
No distributor books. No wholesale lock-in.
Every order runs through the winery's own channels. You keep control of your brand, your pricing, and your customer relationships.
Premium. Practical. Grounded. DTC at the core.

Great wine finds its people through relationships — starting with ours.
Include your focus and timeline if you have one — it helps us make the most of our first conversation.
A few things worth knowing
Producer details are shared privately and only in conversation. We do not publish our portfolio publicly.

No pitch. No pressure. Wine has always been about people. We think business should be too.
