Syncing Deliveries and In Store Pick Up

We will provide free delivery in the Tri-County (Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties) with any order placed on our website over $100.00. Also orders can be placed for pickup at either location with a paid online order. These orders will be processed at a ten percent discount on the “In Store” pricing and our Grapevine members may take advantage and utilize their additional ten percent discount on any order over $100.00 as well. Online orders will be filled same day if the product is in stock or within 24-48 hours.

All deliveries need to be booked on website and meet the $100.00 minimum as well as be delivered in the Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties. If you have an order under $100.00 please send an e-mail to orders@winesync. Or call the Mount Clemens location at 586-469-9463 for delivery information 24 hours a day, we will return your call between 9:00am and 6:00pm EST Monday through Saturday.

The wine to be delivered must be paid for and someone over the age of 21 must be present and sign for the delivery. You should also present the copy of the receipt showing payment.
Please provide a contact phone number to verify that someone of legal age will be available to accept delivery.

All Tri-County deliveries will be next day as long as the wine is in stock. In the event the wine is not in stock you will be contacted with an alternate delivery schedule.
On the actual delivery date you will be contacted either the day prior or on the morning of your delivery, advising you of an AM or PM window for your delivery. Also on the day of delivery, the drivers will give you a call between 30 to 60 minutes on approach before arrival. If you are not able to be home to accept the delivery, in accordance with our free delivery policy you will be charged a $10.00 delivery fee for an alternate delivery date.
